Gallery Cards for Families and Small Groups

Packets are available at the front desk at the Schwenkfelder Library & Heritage Center. Perfect for families and small groups, leaders and parents can assist their children to identify common shapes, patterns, and motifs found in the permanent galleries. Each laminated 5" by 5" card provides basic information about the object and questions to engage a conversation about the object.

Example:

1. Select a card. Using the side with the image, find the object in the gallery.

2. Identify the shape with your child.

3. Use the questions and statements on the back as a guide to begin a conversation with your child about the object.
